Cooking with Mrs McKinney

 Lemonade Scones
As part of our transformation studies we made lemonade scones

























Recipe

4 cups flour
300ml cream
300ml lemonade
pinch of salt

put all ingredients into a bowl, mix until just combined, spread mixture out with hands onto a floured surface.  Cut into squares and bake in a preheated oven on 220C for 10-12minutes until brown
