Dear P.B.
This week we learned that New Zealand is an island surrounded by water. On one side we have the Tasman Sea and on the other the Pacific Ocean.
We get a lot of Kai Moana (seafood) from our sea such as...crabs, fish, crayfish, mussels, pipis, squid, octopus. There are a lot of other animals in the sea that we do not eat like dolphins and seals.
People in New Zealand fish, swim, surf, boogie board, sail in or on the sea.
Next time we will tell you all about the animals that live on the land in New Zealand.
Lots of love
